Recovering, Resetting and Changing Passwords

Passwords to AquaCUE are created during the initial signup process. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters long. It is strongly recommended that passwords include a combination of upper and lower-case letters, numbers and special characters.

If you forget your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. If you are already signed into AquaCUE, click the Sign Out button in the upper right and proceed to Step 2.
    If you are not signed into AquaCUE, start at Step 3.
  2. Click the Sign back in button.


  3. Click the Forgot Password? button.


  4. Enter your user name, and click the Email Me button.


  5. Follow the instructions in the email to reset or change your password.

Reset Passwords Across Facilities

  • AquaCUE lets you use the same email address as your user name for accounts with different facilities companies.
  • You can also use the same or different passwords for AquaCUE access to different facilities.
    • If you used the same password for each facility, to view accounts with a given facilities company, select that company from the list.

    • If you used different passwords, sign into each facilities company separately.
  • To change or reset your password(s), click the Forgot Password link. Be sure to check your email inbox for separate reset password emails.
